Dependence Visa

Dependence Visa

A job seeker visa is a type of visa that allows a person to travel to a foreign country in search of work. Generally, a job seeker visa is a temporary visa that lets the applicant work in the country for a limited period of time. In order to continue working legally in the country, they may need to apply for a different type of work visa once they find a job.

Visa rules and methods vary from country to country. Some of the factors that can affect who can get a job seeker visa and how long it lasts are:

What the candidate has learned and what qualifications they possess

How many jobs are available and how many people want them in the target country

The candidate’s ability to speak and write a foreign language

Whether the person has health insurance and how much money they have

Whether they want to return to their home country and how close they are to it

Work visas are available in the following countries:

In the country of Germany, a job seeker visa is a long-term residence permit that allows foreigners with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a German university or a foreign degree of a similar nature to stay in Germany and seek employment for up to six months. In order to work in Germany, they can apply for an EU Blue Card or another type of residence card if they find a job that matches their skills.

The Job Seeker Visa offered by Austria is a variation of the Red-White-Red card, which permits skilled individuals from foreign countries to search for employment opportunities in Austria for a duration of six months. In order to qualify for this visa, candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a field related to one of the shortage jobs in Austria, have a minimum work experience of one year in that field, and fulfill specific language and income criteria. If successful in finding suitable employment, they can apply for the Red-White-Red Card Plus, enabling them to reside and work in Austria.

New Zealand: The New Zealand Job Search Visa, also known as the Silver Fern Visa, offers a nine-month stay for talented young individuals to search for skilled employment.
